Basic Body Weight Exercises

On this page you’ll find a collection of Basic Body weight Exercises that you will find combined with eachother on the daily workout posts.

If exercise names like “Moutain Climbers” or “Reptile Push Ups” don’t ring a bell with you, this page will help you complete each exercise in a correct form!

I’m doing this page first because Body weight exercises can be done anywhere and don’t require you to have a gym membership- so no one has an excuse to skip working out anymore.

  • Burpees

  • Clean Press

  • Crunches

  •  Crunch all-your-abs

    1. Straight legs variation- Do this exercise on a slippery ground by placing a towel beneath your feet and slide your legs under your body until your knees are below your chest.
    2. Star variation- You can also slide your legs apart from each other while extending and sliding them back together when returning to your original position.
    3. Cross under variation- Extend both legs to the back, then slide only one leg beneath your abs (e.g. move left leg in direction of your right elbow)  keeping the other one at its place, then return it back next to the steady leg and repeat the move with the other leg.
